Using a 300 ton crane the BC-3 conveyor was separated and lowered to the ground.
The pick went very smooth and on schedule. This was the first pick that the
M-2250 had ever made.
Pacific Central Steel performed the erection on the loadout for Mountain Coal Company on Trail Mountain Mine.
The top portion of the surge bin was fabricated and delivered in one section to the new West Ridge Mine.
The surge bin would be assembled and become part of the new truck loadout for the West Ridge Mine.
Pacific Central fabricated the cantilevered stacker for the 60" slope conveyor, located at the West Ridge Resources new mine site
Pacific Central supplied and fabricated the 10' X 10' box trusses for the 60" slope conveyor, located at West Ridge Resources new mine site. The conveyor was a total of 850 feet long.
Using escorts and a lowboy trailer, Pacific Central Steel was able to transport the weigh bin in one piece. The load measured 21 feet high and 18 feet wide.
At the mine site, it made a quick installation with the bin ready to be set direct from the truck.
The photo to the right shows the bin to be set in the loadout structure that Pacific Central Steel fabricated. Also shown in the background is the 60" Slope Conveyor.
